Terra Firma (Shadows) Post #1

It's time for the first big review post from Terra Firma!!  These are all of the loose shadows that they sent me and I loooove them all!!  Let me know what you guys think!

All swatches over GDE's Control Freak primer.  I found Terra Firma's primer to be a bit too difficult to spread across the length of my arm so, I pulled out some Control Freak!

I'd like to apologize in advance for the pictures of the labels.  They're a very shiny silver that seem to take no water damage (huge plus) but that makes them a bitch to photograph.

Intro Post

Pink Pearl - This one was a little hard to photograph because there's pretty much no sunlight this time of year in Seattle and my overhead lighting kind of blows.  It's a super light pink, it's really pretty and would be a great inner corner color.

Beach Bum - This one was another one that was a little difficult to photograph.  It's a very pretty medium/light sandy beige with a gorgeous sheen and shine.  It's also going to be a great inner corner color.  It's a little too shiny for me to use as a highlight but, if you're into that kind of thing, this is a really pretty color.

Sugarplum - This looks like a light plum in the bag (again photographed horribly) but on the skin it's a little darker.  It's also got quite the silver sheen.  I love my purples so, I'll wear this one a lot.

Disco Ball - GORGEOUS silver with a ton of sparkle.  The base is a bit of a silver/grey and the sparks are all light silver.  It's such an amazing glittery shadow, I'm in love.

Easy Peasy - I thought this color was going to be one of the ones that I'd never wear because, in the jar, it looks very pastel-ish and I don't do pastels.  It's actually a very light lime green.  I love it.  

Electric Smurf - Very sheer BRIGHT blue.  I really like it, it's a great spring color.

Leather - This one is a matte and I thought it would be like most loose mattes and be a little difficult to work with.  I was wrooong.  This color is incredibly smooth and blendable and it's a gorgeous brown!

Hazelnut - O.M.G.  Favorite out of the whole set, this is an amazing brown with so much sparkle.  It makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside.

Chocolate Diamonds - This is a really pretty chocolate brown with a bunch of sparkle.  It seems to have just a tad bit of silver sheen to it, I really think it's pretty.

Black Amethyst - This is a really nice medium purple with a lot of purple sheen and sparkle.  I thought this would be darker than it was because of the name but I'm actually glad that it wasn't.  This is a new favorite purple.

Burlesque - Another matte that was really easy to work with.  It's a brown with some purple tones.  , It's really hard to explain.  It's a really nice color though.

Tiger - A really nice medium orange with a pretty sheen.  A very nice orange to have, I think I'll wear it a lot.  It would also be gorgeous in Fall.

24K - A yellow tones gold, it's really nice.  I don't have another gold like this, it's very subtle and nice.

Pose - A darker bright pink that has some red tones.  

Mermaid - A very nice blue/green with some sparkle and sheen.  The perfect mermaid color, imo.
